      Awful company culture

      Pros

      - The company has a nice office surrounding and space - Some of the experienced staff is really kind and professional

      Cons

      If you are a young professional, this is not the company for you! - Constant changes in management - Senior employees constantly being promoted (every other month), while there is no onboarding nor any focus on engaging new staff or the younger staff into the company - Culture is non-existent: the older staff does not do certain work because it's "beneath" them and therefore treats the new/younger staff as if they are serving them and not the company. - Not a place you can build a career because growth opportunities are limited.

      - The two stars are for someone of the great professionals you get to meet while working there. - A professional environment with people who have great experience and you get to learn a lot.

      Cons

      For someone who is early in their career, this is not the company for you: - There is no proper onboarding for new employees - Management does not care about young professionals. It is only about people in the executive team. - Culture does not exist in this company - the word "culture" is not known for managers. - People who are at a high level in the company are constantly being promoted

      Cons

      Upper Management makes poor business decisions Scheduling Working in the LA County / Orange County EMS system as an EMT is rough. You're at the bottom of the food chain and it's very apparent.
