      Pros

      Great management, great area to work. Great training from upper level. Incredibly professional and well managed. Vehicles themselves are new.

      Cons

      Culture of work is very much pre-fire, adapts much of the culture for better or for worse. Very regimented, perhaps to the point of unnecessary hassle for employees.

      no employee appreciation-mandatory overtime- all work environment- company provides nothing in extras- IT issues weekly
