      Pros

      If you can get hired with CARE go for it. Very Respectable Company, Flexible with shifts and location due to large number of employees. Great IFT and/or 911 experience.

      Cons

      None that are not inherent to working for any private ambulance company. Not a fan of Computer Aided Dispatching but comes with the territory.

      Pros

      The pay and experience are nice. They have contracts with the areas major healthcare systems and you get to transport some pretty good cases. The team leads are great.

      Cons

      It seems upper management, most times, have no Idea as to what is going on in the field. All was great until they decided to close down the entire operation and shut their doors for good.
