Almost most if thier control centre don't hsve a clue about traffic and London roads. The pay is well below average for the work and there are hardly any benefits.

- The company has a nice office surrounding and space - Some of the experienced staff is really kind and professional

Cons

If you are a young professional, this is not the company for you! - Constant changes in management - Senior employees constantly being promoted (every other month), while there is no onboarding nor any focus on engaging new staff or the younger staff into the company - Culture is non-existent: the older staff does not do certain work because it's "beneath" them and therefore treats the new/younger staff as if they are serving them and not the company. - Not a place you can build a career because growth opportunities are limited.
