      There isn't a single one.

      Cons

      Management lives in an ivory tower. They talk to you like your 5. Constant micromanaging. Any issue you have will somehow be your fault. Will tell you to use your best judgement but you will always be wrong. The worst management in a company I've ever worked for.

      Pros

      Pros would be the ease in which I was able to be picked up by the company. I had zero experience and right out of EMT school. The interview was professional and the younger gentleman was very nice.

      Cons

      Shift options. The shift times are a bit odd for my personal life. However I was able to make things work fine with a few adjustments. When I first came on board, it was a little difficult to pick up shifts as I had to wait on my state EMT license but they gave me full time hours driving a wheelchair car around where I would do maybe 3 jobs a shift. It seemed easy enough.
