HR very friendly, open door policy. Most of my teammates are great Great benefits

They don't spend enough time training the CCT-EMT prior to putting them on the ambulance - this puts the nurses license at risk. As with most nursing jobs, there is back biting and pettiness No room for growth Typical company growth issues There is clearly a level of animosity that exists between the management and staff; when only 22 people log on for a mandatory meeting (out of approx 400), that tells me there is significant trust issues and lack of engagement Pay, in comparison to similar companies/similar positions, is SIGNIFICANTLY lower.
