-Agile-o-scrum-mania: IT depertament is in hands of Agile/Scrum maniac from Denmark who became IT Director of whole company -This means typical Agile-o-mania MLM cargo cult spread for expense of actually working people -Legacy old systems to deal with, no flexibility in this, keeping old non-life saving systems and even readjusting some features for it, would be normal if critical architecture but apparently not -Software Archiect is very untrustable and arrogant person -The software is driven by monstrous talking, not doing anything. -Too much planing, too much useless meetings, typical SCRUM hell you can imagine. -Scrum Masters has powers of line manager (lol), also they have all opportunities to visit Denmark -No real motivation and any kind of management, just do your tickets you pitty slave, you literally feel like 3rd world person

Horrendous management. They are quick to shift the blame on EMTs, so DOCUMENT. Insane amount of burnt out coworkers. Hold that wall until your phone runs out of battery. Horrid pay. You basically have to roll the dice to get a good partner who isnt brand new. The moment FALCK got bought out by a European company is when they started losing city contracts. Predatory prices for ambulances. Old equipment. Bad work culture. Save yourself a bad time and work IFT at a better place that has occasional 911 shifts.
