Pros

High call volume, diverse range of calls, scheduling is flexible, hires vehicle stocking technicians so field employees don't have to restock equipment which saves a lot of time.

Cons

Same cons as any private ambulance company. Pay is too low, we're understaffed, and there are a lot of whiny/lazy/rude employees.
