There is nothing good to say. I wouldn't be surprised if all the good reviews that are listed were all written by Falck.

Cons

Where do I start: -incorrect pay at times - they don't hold their end of the bargain - they will run you to the ground and won't show any appreciation -terrible management -poor communication -profits over patients -they will occasionally drop your insurance without notice -freeze pay for 3 years -union sells out the majority of the work force just so the union reps can benefit. - moral is VERY low

Before they brought in new managers, I was taught a lot of new skills that helped me going into this job.

Cons

New management was all about the bottom dollar. They would work staff to exhaustion and then blame the employees. With a desire to emulate flight nursing without the standards and regulations, they placed their nursing staff licenses in peril. Having an EMT overseeing nursing staff as management was far from ideal.
