benefits are not the best

they make you park all over the city of Worcester and they don't treat the walkways or areas during the winter They have like 3 people in HR and they are all for the Supervisors etc not the employees they will let you go and fire you for no reason if they don't like you They have a supervisor STILL working who has had more complaints and people leaving because of her and NOTHING is being done she gets demoted and that is it . They overload you with work and then ask why it wasn' t done or why it has errors They have other employees NEW employees check your work and they wonder why it goes in the system wrong they don't like you to have a life outside of work. Doctors/Funerals/sick kid forget it they don't believe any of it should happen the managers go to meeting after meeting to change the rules combine the coworkers cross train then take it all back a few months later because it didn't work the department head lead whatever she is called was not meant to be a leader. She doesn't care about you, the lack of training or that some supervisors aren't meant to be supervisors. shes clueless to why everyone keeps leaving and so isn't HR. They fire people who have been there for YEARS and never have replacements. They fire people over the phone. They fire people at the end of the day. They fire people for false threats . Fallon is a joke!!!
