There is no good reason to work at Fallon. Read the reviews that talk about the actual worker, and then try to guess who writes that ' health care reform' and risk management are to blame, the same factors other successful health companies seem to handle so much better.

Restaurant in the building run by nice people.

Cons

Low pay, adults treated like children, adult managers acting like children. A glorified high school experience that masquerades as a caring organization. (Employees care but not management!)
