Fallon Health reviews

The turn over is atrocious. Morale is low. There's a lack of schedule flexibility. Expectations are unrealistic or vague. Input into the process is virtually non-existent. Everything is done because it's the way we've done things. The leadership is immature. Scapegoating is rampant. Communication is terrible, policies are vague and not followed, we hear different things from different managers/upper management. There was an engagement survey and it was TERRIBLE, but instead of making meaningful changes, they put up a kudos board.

Can be challenging to work through all of the government imposed rules and regulations that come with health insurance.
