Flexible work/home life balance, committed to the community and to the company’s mission, leaders in my department and in the c-suite that truly model the company’s values and have your back. I feel a sense of purpose in what I do and know that my work makes a difference. There is a focus on DEI and health equity. Opportunity to shadow other departments to see what they do and pursue other areas of interest.

Cons

As a smaller, community based, not for profit health plan, the pay is lower than you may find at larger companies and the employee option for health insurance is not great. We operate very lean and there are more and more responsibilities piled on without extra resources.

Cons

Bad management. Basically, no commission. Very disorganized company.
