Pros

They were warm and friendly when I accepted the position. They appeared to give at least a standard benefit package and salary.

Cons

The management is petty and they often give contradictory directions. Further they will set the boundaries of your job so it cannot reasonably be done and then penalize you when you cannot do it.

Very judgemental place. If you are not one of the favorites, you get treated like garbage. Must be a major butt kisser.

Pros

Learned a lot of things that I was unaware of in todays situations. Got to know clients and make friends

Cons

Some people get away with doing nothing. You have to work 3 times harder than those who are favored. Very iffy place to work. It's almost like being uncomfortable in an unfamiliar place.
