Pros

Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable of the services and service areas

Cons

issues with leadership being moved in and out, no set goals for job expectations and a lot of meetings behind closed doors.

Pros

It use to be a great working environment. People enjoyed coming to work, socializing outside of work, and everyone cared for each other.

Cons

Was a great place to work until management changed. Management is petty and hostile. Boundaries given cannot be responsibly met and then penalized when you cannot do it.
