Friendly teams, easy atmosphere to work in most of the time

Management played favorites with the high preforming stores. Those who were in lower preforming stores tended to get overlooked, and rather than looking into why they were struggling they were told to do better. Often we were running skeleton crews of people because we couldn't maintain a full staff, but corporate would "help out" in the bigger stores to make it look like they cared. Honestly one night the CEO came into the store and I shake his hand and then tell I didn't have time to talk becuase it was me and one other person for a closing shift on an ad-set night. I'd have to walk into my shift and immediately start closing duties to try and not get out late.
