Clean facilities and your provided with a thirty minute lunch break. They provide an employee discount card. part time job. They have a flexible schedule.

Cons

Hired as a cashier. Spent 1 day training at another store then spent most of my time stocking and fixing up the other store. Basically hired as cheap temporary labor to paint and set up shelves for a new store then was let go due to over hiring. almost minimum wage. No safety equipment was provided to employees while using power equipment or going up 10 feet in the air to screw in boards on a bulk feed shelves.

Family owned business with an open door policy. Generally good people to work for.

Cons

Very closed minded to new ideas even when the facts show ideas to be true. The father of the family backed away from the day to day operations and the son and son-in-law are running the vast majority of the business. They have made some bad hires for supervisor positions and it's hurting their business. Part of the learning curve???
