Pros

There are some great people that do work here. The caveat being the underlying ethics issues. Be careful and do your research before commuting to employment.

Cons

Little accountability on upper management. Unethical business practices by managers at district level. Hired as store manager and built a new store for these guys only to have my district manager lie about my performance and derail my hard work and career. Unfortunately without documentation you still don’t stand a chance. No checks and balances. Little to no assistance when you need it.

Pros

This is a family owned company that I enjoyed working for. The store was a family a mean who I couldn't ask for better people. Customers was wonderful. Thought all these pros would grow unfortunately change of hands.

Cons

Family lost the family culture when they hired new tractor supply DM ect. Mirror TSC not what they brought to the table.Changing with every change of hands. Making store manager feel ve littled and lost. Being disrespected by someone that didn't have a title and new DM. That didnt make it to your store but twice yet still belittled you and your team. You can't treat people like this. Figuring HR was open door but nothin to shine any light. Guess we all from being a family to numbers. Because replacing was easy since there was a bench of people waiting on stores that trained in MI. sneaky sneaky cut throat company. To bad it was a great company. You won't grow if you treat people like this and you won't grow until you get the top of the chain organized. Which is why those new stores didn't come to play. Your dealing with farmers that are family and you loosing them.

Pros

Nice staff, relaxed atmosphere, you gain more responsibilities the longer you work there.

Cons

You stand all day, you don't get trained on the contents of the store very well but you can figure it out
