Great work/ life balance . Set own schedule. Great pay.

Cons

12 hour shift required but I've seen and heard of some 8-10 hour shift for some nurses.

Flexible schedule. Management has worked with me to get the schedule that suits me best.

Not many cons I can think of. Maybe more training on charting system used could be offered to new staff.
