      Pros

      $ is ridiculous. Awesome training, leaders have heart and lead from the front vs manage from the back, team environment. I had no experience but the process was so good it compensated for that. When my goal to make $5k my first month was shattered 3X i knew i had a tiger by the tail! Excited for the possibilities!

      Cons

      If you're afraid of working or have a poor work ethic, not for you. Simply put if you work there's no way you can fail.

      Very structured, Great trainin. And travel and great pay and you are your own boss.

      Cons

      Commission based so u earn money by the work you put in and if you dont do you job you make no money but keep going its worth it in the end

      FFL has and will continue to transform the lives of agents and families across the country. No other imo in the industry can compete with the model and system FFL offers agents. Top comp, renewals, various exclusive lead types, free training from top producers and no contract! There’s also potential to build yourself a massive business that you ACTUALLY own and of course the amazing opportunity of becoming an Integrity Marketing Group partner. FFL is the industry leader for a reason. The selflessness the company was built on and that all of the top leaders possess ensures that FFL is the best place for agents and to build a business.

      Cons

      I can’t think of any. The system works if you work it! Hard work and consistency win here.
