If you are not willing to put in work, this career is not for you. The overall aspects of this company are very simple. You buy leads, you call the leads, you go protect families and sell life insurance. New agents often come in and make it more complicated then that. If you commit yourself to growing and learning two areas of business - calling the leads and protecting the families - you will find success here.
