Pros

I went to a Business Development Meeting and learned about FFL and was intrigued. My friend and I together decided to become agents. We studied for a few weeks and took the test together. We passed! Then we learned the business together. FFL was amazing. The training is phenomenol. Just amazing. We both are making a great living and really love what we do. Together we hired a scheduler to do our calling and split the cost. We both want to make Hall of Fame!!

Cons

Having the scheduler has been a game changer. No more dial days! There are no cons when you love your career.

Pros

I would say there are so many Pros. To start they offered me the highest Commisions I have come across. There’s so much training available online and in the offices. This was so important to me because I wanted direction. They have many vendors of leads to choose from, I was concerned with not having leads and that has never been a problem. I create my goals and can achieve them by having access to clients. I have been blessed with leadership guiding me to reach my short and long term goals. The biggest take away is that I can grow personally and in my business and there is no cap to how much I want to earn monthly and annually. I make my own schedule as a single mom of 2 and am finally able to have a good work life balance.

Cons

I have not had any bad experiences yet to report in my years with FFL. I will update if this changes.
