Pros

Working with so many different carriers and having multiple options to help clients is amazing. The comp level, training, management, and opportunities to make multi 6 figure income on your own schedule is incredible. I've worked in sales environments for around 12 years and this is the best place to work. I have been here 8 months and I wish I would have started here sooner. The system works if you just do what is proven to work. You help people and get paid well in doing so. The culture at this company is beyond anywhere else. They really care and want to help you become the best version of yourself.

Cons

Only con is if you aren't willing to go to work, you will not succeed. That's pretty much anywhere.

Great company! They actually want their reps to make money

Pros

I have worked with other competing IMO's in the past, and after spending time with Family First I can honestly say they're the only one I've come in contact with who actually want you to make money. They offer comp levels reps actually deserve instead of trying to keep a massive spread on their agents. They don't nickel and dime you to death with fancy clubs or make you pay for training. Just offer high quality leads, high comp and provide a roadmap for actual success. Don't let brainwashed members of other IMO's deter you from giving FFL a look.

Cons

Honestly, after working for some of the other competing IMO's, I can't find a downside... Haha
