Pros

I've worked here for 3 years and my income has more than doubled each year. I've been challenged regularly in order to help me grow personally, help more families and create a great ifestyle for my family. I've been provided the greatest FREE training by others that sell. This helped me learn to sell and how to be insanely profitable as long as I put in the work! We can choose from several lead vendors, all being exclusive and not resold. There are tons of lead options,

Cons

There are none I see. If you don't want to work hard, make excuses for your lack of success or won't hold yourself accountable, with as many successful agents as there are, you will find some.

Pros

This is by far the best company to work for. The culture that Family First Life provides is bar none, everyone in the company will go out of their way to help you no matter what "team" you are on. I have never seen such a professional group of agents who are all wanting to WIN together!! Shawn Meaike & all the VP's are dedicated to helping any and everyone achieve their goals with this company. They have created a system where you CANNOT fail if you work! Compensation plan is the best I have ever seen. Renewals DAY one! Team support is incomparable. FFL is TRULY a Family. LEADS= CASH!! -- We have TONS of leads!

Cons

This is a company for Agents with an open mind about insurance sales. You cannot come on board and think you know everything, you have to be willing to drop your ego and follow the system-- if you put in the work, your bank account WILL change for the better. This is YOUR business, and you will have to treat it as such. A lot of agents think this is a "get rich" kind of gig.. We like to call it a "get rich kinda quick" -- when you put in the WORK :) Work is the key, if you are lazy this is not for you.

Pros

*You want the truth? Ask. They'll tell you in no uncertain terms! *The support & training are awesome! An actual Vice President is my Mentor, not a new guy- a stellar Top Producer in the field! *The compensation is ACTUALLY the best in the industry- hands down! Bonuses, etc. *Leads- I finally have consistency in my pipeline flow!!! With a variety of lead sources, I can choose who to work with & the cost that fits my budget!

Cons

They actually expect you to be an adult & work! Not that that's a con to me but I see other agents who want others to do the work for them & it frustrates the crap out of me.
