      Free training by people who issue pay 20k a month or more. Exclusive leads and assistance with leads Great comp and vested renewals day1 No pressure to hire agents but you can if you want

      Pros

      After being a female in the insurance industry for over 6 years and having been employed by and presented with "other opportunities", I believe this is the best organization out there. The ethics of the management, CEO and staff are second to none. Management truly is concerned about agent success and the compensation is unbeatable. The CEO has created an environment that welcomes individuality and diversity on every level.

      If you don't want to challenge yourself, this is not the place for you.
