Pros

Highest compensation in the industry! Huge bonuses for performances. Everyone willing to help you! Get a good lead strategy early on and it will help you be successful. If you work for corperate America you are in a pyramid scheme. FFL is not pyramid scheme. The only people I see complaining are lazy people. This beats corporate America!

Cons

I can't think of any.

Pros

Set your own schedule, get to travel a lot for work

Cons

You buy your leads and then the company recycles them into their crm to sell you the lead again, even if you close the lead. You pay your own gas, leads, all travel costs and have to track all your income for taxes Leads are "warm" but some were upwards of 5-10 years old You are expected to mass dial over 100 leads per dial day at a cost of 7-20 dollars per lead There is a 'drink the koolaide' mentality, all their sales conferences seem like mega church sermons about how you should trust the process even if you are losing money on leads There is a corporate culture of 'succeed or stop wasting my time'

Pros

Pretty much everyone I've worked with has been positive and helpful. All the training is free and all the trainers are approachable. They have a confidence you only get from really knowing what you're doing and having done it countless times.

Cons

At the end of the day, you're clients are people, which are by nature, stressful. Be mindful not to get burned out by focusing too much on the negatives.
