4yThis is a commission based job, therefore stability would be predicted by the work the agent chooses to put in. We have thousands of agents who work off of our lead program having success, so to say that these individuals don't want insurance is simply false.

4yIf an agent is having an issue with their upline, we always encourage them to reach out to our Corporate office so that we may deal with whatever situation is occurring. Our agents are not required to purchase any amount of leads, that choice is completely up to them, as is the choice for how long to work each day since this is a 1099 position.
