Pros

Quick and good pay. Free training. Lots of post of agents making money. Good carrier partnerships.

Cons

No real help other than being told to buy more leads. Leads can be very old and while some are ok most are terrible. Newer leads within the CRM limited and not real time as they say they are. No real help other than being told watch the training on a video link or be told just dial.

99% of our training is done online, and you can not be successful in insurance unless you're sitting in front of new people each week. I'm not sure what type of help this reviewer was looking for, but accessing training and getting in front of clients are two pivotal parts of helping a new agent to start seeing results.

Pros

So if you been doing this long enough you know it's like any other insurance company, just with a few twist

Cons

The commission isn't what they say, if you start at 105 it could be 90 with one company and 85 with another or 105 with one..it all depends

Pros

Make your own schedule. High income potential

Cons

Buy leads that are often low quality. Hundreds or thousands of dollars in lead buying and it's a gamble on who will answer phone, who will set appointment, many leads are not open to buying insurance because they thought they clicked on a free program. It's definitely like gambling and you can win big but there's alot of variables. You can make a sale and then the customer cancels or doesn't get approved. But you can also make 6k in an hour at a house. And then you could go weeks making little. It depends on your work ethic, skill set, attitude and the amount of leads you buy/ quality of leads.
