Unlimited training from some of the best people in the industry, including the CEO. Incredible compensation and opportunity for growth. You're only limited by the effort you put it.

Cons

You're limited by the effort you put in- if you are not driven and self motivated the business can be brutal. But the upside is worth the difficulty.

You’re your own boss, get paid a fair commission (95%-105% most of the time depending on experience etc), not forced to recruit for a fair pay.

Cons

If you get lazy you will definitely see it in your bank account! Could be nerve wrecking at first… chargebacks are not fun (when a client cancels within a year & you have to send the money back.

The company is awesome, one of the reasons why I enjoy working here, is the environment. I have been at FFL for 5 weeks, and have done over 10K in production. This is my third insurance career. I didn’t make a single dime at my previous 2 and in my first 2 weeks I made 5 grand, not having a clue what I was doing. Simply just following the system.

Cons

If you aren’t willing to work hard, and don’t have a positive attitude. And you aren’t coachable you won’t survive here
