High compensation, Free quality training, Team work and support, Great lead sources available, Effective system in place, Leadership growth, Able to build an agency or just be a producer, Bonuses.

Cons

Not for everyone, must be willing to work hard and follow they system. a lot of driving but the return is worth it.

The Compensation is the Highest in the Industry, 90%-145%. The Leads are remarkable, I always have access to leads every day, plus there multiple sources for leads is outstanding. Training is always available. Its the only company that I know of has very little start up cost and you can make $10,000, $20,000 & $30,000 plus your first MONTH!

I left the security and salary of big corporate insurance because I felt trapped, I was stressed from tons of overtime and the pandemic made it so much worse. Family First Life presented an opportunity for me to quickly gain back my time and reach more (far more) rewarding financial goals plus help many, many families in the process. High income, free, abundant training, quality leadership, and a path toward freedom and independence. There's life beyond the pandemic. Best professional decision ever.
