Not many pros but average income would be it.

Cons

If they tell you they deposit 30k per month. They actually profit 7-10k after all expenses. A lot of work for 7-10k. Not best business ever. Many other carrier opportunities that pay better for the amount of work put in. Not a sustainable position unless you recruit. Just like any multi level Marketing company, the front line has already saturated so much.

Make as much money as you want and genuinely help your clients get as much coverage for their family within their budget as possible.

Cons

You have to be selfless and work hard to be successful and i wouldn’t say that is a con. Success in any business does not come with out working hard.

Excellent Training from Top Producers & Individuals who portray a "Do as I do, not as I say" mentality!" *Family First Life has a system that when followed, worked, and practically applied will lead every agent, male or female, old or young to succeed beyond their expectations!

Cons

As with any company, there are growing pains. This is actually part of any great company, so sorry not sorry if I cannot turn this into a con!
