Self-employed so ultimately the job is on your own time

Cons

You cover all overhead and your higher ups don't have the slightest concern for you but rather what they make off of you. Sadly, like many IMOs they often encourage unscrupulous practices such as lying on client policies in order to write policies and earn better commissions despite the fact that insurance agents promise that they will act as Fiduciaries (in the best interest of the client).

Cons

Nobody explained chargebacks to me and they were trying to get me to mark no on the medical for everything. It’s just who can submit the most to make the most. Not very ethical.
