      Pros

      I love being my own boss, setting my own schedule, and being a part of a country-wide team/family. Also, there are tons of free trainings and resources available.

      Cons

      Some agents have difficulty keeping up with the FREE training and available resources. You have a lot of responsibility because you have the highest comp rate.

      This company has changed my life. This is the entrepreneurs dream job. It’s like owning your own franchise without the startup costs. The most selfless leadership I have ever seen.

      If you aren’t self-motivated this isn’t for you. You will be challenged to grow personally and professionally. No base pay so you need to be ready to hustle

      Pros

      The ability to be of service to others that will assist in keeping their family out of any financial burdens. The ability to create a great living for myself and my family through that service to others. The only opportunity I’ve found where they provide a step by step blue print to create a successful business of your own.

      Cons

      No real cons except this is not for the faint of heart and you have to work hard which many people refuse to do even if it will change their life.
