      Pros

      There is such a supportive and inclusive team of people working in this business. They are willing to take the time to teach you everything they know to be successful. They truly believe in life insurance and serve families and people who may not have had the opportunity to purchase life insurance otherwise.

      Cons

      There are none if you’re plugged in. Get involved, attend Zoom meetings, reach out, be proactive. If you’re that person there are no cons.

      I’ve appreciated the constant opportunity for growth and consistent trainings teaching me to pursue that growth. I’ve always experienced positive environments and someone always willing to coach me through difficult situations.

      I haven’t experienced any worth mentioning.

      Compensation is amazing compared to other IMO/Agencies. The culture is just outstanding everyone is here to help one another! It’s nothing but support and everyone wins no matter how long you’ve been here the difference is how hard you work.

      I have not had any cons about Family First Life whatsoever it has changed my life forever for the greatest
