      So if you been doing this long enough you know it's like any other insurance company, just with a few twist

      Cons

      The commission isn't what they say, if you start at 105 it could be 90 with one company and 85 with another or 105 with one..it all depends

      I’ve investment I’ve ever made in business. I’ve coached 100s of agents in every company and I’ve never seen a comp plan like this. They are truly passionate about not going the old route of taking all the commissions and giving the hard working agents peanuts. The company lives with integrity and is building something truly amazing . Honored to be home. Finally an agency who doesn’t treat their agents like numbers.

      Great company culture. As long as you are putting in the work you have the best chance to succeed at FFL. Very competitive compensation rates and diverse products for your clients. Puts you in the best possible position to succeed. The CEO truly cares.
