Pros

The insurance industry itself is highly lucrative for people with a great work ethic but FFL is really set up to give the best opportunity to succeed in insurance. The compensation is top tier, uplines make sure the agents are paid as high a commission as possible. A plethora of free training on YouTube and other platforms all for free. Uplines that devote their team to make you successful. Events and trainings across the country always free. A variety of top A rated carriers (insurance companies) to be contracted with so you know you have the client's best interest at heart. Whether it's life insurance products, annuities, health products you can grow and advance in so many ways while getting paid the most. Many places say it's up to you to succeed while sucking up much of the commissions to the upline, but here it's up to you to succeed and it's set up for you to succeed at a higher level. All without making you sign contracts, truly independent. Coming from being a captive agent, having analyzed other IMOs both captive and non-captive, I have not seen such a well rounded insurance organization and opportunity.

Cons

It truly is independent and non-captive, so you have to be accountable for yourself. The high commissions, trainings, and network is there. No sales quotas, no manager badgering you, so making sure you do work without that anxiety and pressure is something to keep in mind.
