Pros
Just getting started with FFL I have found a great workspace that has many people offering any help that they can provide. My manager, and their uplines have been very helpful answering any questions that I might have. I have a great plan set up, that will allow to me scale my agency and be as successful as I can be.
Cons
I have not ran into any Cons regarding FFL. The only thing that I can think of is that it takes a while to get started if you are not already licensed. This is not their fault, and this is also expected because there is a lot of steps. They were very helpful getting things going as fast as possible.
