The resources at FFL are incredible. From the people, to the leads, to the free training, everything is packaged for the individual agent to succeed (if you do the work). When you do, you are rewarded with the highest compensation in the industry. The transparency is apparent in everything associated with this agency. It’s a selfless company ran by selfless people. Do your own independent research and make your own independent assessment of the merits of this company opportunity.

Cons

The cons have nothing to actually do with the company. Rather, the misinformation associated with company is often used to sensationalize untruths.

I love how FFL puts the client’s family and agent’s families first. I appreciate being able to purchase my own leads thus being able to control my own business. Lastly, I highly respect upper management as they are always available to answer any questions we may have.
