I don't really understand what this person is trying to say in their fragmented review. In regards to pay, we provide the highest comp possible with every carrier that we work with. Our top comp is 140 which is 30 points higher than most other IMOs.

Pros

FFL has been like a godsend to me. The fact that we’re paid what we sell and paid in a few days is great. The management is terrific and if one person can’t help you, there’s 6 other people waiting to help. My only regret is that I didn’t find this place sooner. I interviewed with NY life, Merrill lynch, farmers, AIL. I worked for American income life for a while and can’t believe they force people into an office twice a week. Again another thing I love about FFL. If I want to be a lazy sack of crap I can, I won’t be paid much but I can! At other company’s you have 3 bosses breathing down your neck to produce. With FFL you never feel that type of unnecessary pressure. Oh and I’ve made $20k cash in 2 months!

Cons

Not having an office I can report into here and there is a downside sometimes. It would be nice to be able to go into a controlled environment and bounce ideas off other agents. But Atleast with FFL, I’d go into the office on MY TERMS!
