Pros

You won’t make any money.

Cons

You may lose money because there is no base and you have too pay for leads! Totally a scam!

This is a 100% commission based position, we have never advertised offering a base. We have dozens of agents that have put out video testimonials sharing the success they were able to find here in addition to the hundreds of positive reviews we have here on Glassdoor.

Pros

The insurance industry itself is highly lucrative for people with a great work ethic but FFL is really set up to give the best opportunity to succeed in insurance. The compensation is top tier, uplines make sure the agents are paid as high a commission as possible. A plethora of free training on YouTube and other platforms all for free. Uplines that devote their team to make you successful. Events and trainings across the country always free. A variety of top A rated carriers (insurance companies) to be contracted with so you know you have the client's best interest at heart. Whether it's life insurance products, annuities, health products you can grow and advance in so many ways while getting paid the most. Many places say it's up to you to succeed while sucking up much of the commissions to the upline, but here it's up to you to succeed and it's set up for you to succeed at a higher level. All without making you sign contracts, truly independent. Coming from being a captive agent, having analyzed other IMOs both captive and non-captive, I have not seen such a well rounded insurance organization and opportunity.

Cons

It truly is independent and non-captive, so you have to be accountable for yourself. The high commissions, trainings, and network is there. No sales quotas, no manager badgering you, so making sure you do work without that anxiety and pressure is something to keep in mind.

Leads By Example!

Pros

All of the managers here are making between $20k and $60k per month. They lead by example and show people how to start successfully. Everyone is from a different background, some come from years of insurance work, others from retail, oil field, teaching, and every background you can think of. As a new person, it is simple to come in, learn the systems, go to work and see success. The key to that is 'go to work'. If you don't want to work, this isn't the career for you. Serving families and building a business is hard work and demands a good heart. I love the fact that when I bring someone into the business, I know they will be trained, supported and positively impacted. Unfortunately, industry-wide this doesn't happen. FFL is an industry disruptor and pays agents what they are worth, if that excites you, come join us, if not, keep looking.

Cons

Overrides are small- if you are looking to get paid off of people working below you and you not lifting a finger- FFL is not for you, go find another IMO - There are plenty that are willing to give you low comps in exchange for so-called culture and building your agency owners business. If your IMO isn't paying you 100%-140%, they are robbing you and laughing all the way to the bank.
