Pros

Top comp 90-145% Fully vested renewals from day one Plenty of Leads Free training/conferences They even pay for your licensing course Quick contracting process **You feel like FAMILY when you’re here** RARE!

Cons

None Listen, if there’s a negative review on here it either someone who didn’t follow the east process to make it or they want everything given to them on a silver plater. Got to put in the effort.

Pros

Love the High STARTING commission, the DAILY pay, the ability for agents to start part time if they have to, and also the leads! Don’t have to chase friends and family for sales.

Cons

Not a con, but you have to work hard like anywhere else to be successful. If you aren’t ready to work hard, there’s other companies that will gladly accept lazy people.
