Pros

I liked working with people but hated the late nights. Decided that I would give my uncle's industry a try and I teamed up with Family First Life. I love it more than I ever thought. I like helping people protect their families. It's a great company.

Cons

It's better than working for tips. I can't think of a cons.

EXTREMELY HIGH starting commission - especially when compared to other like companies. This makes it super simple to get started, and super simple to build. GET PAID your worth on the time you put in. Best decision I made since leaving corporate America!

Cons

When I found FFL, I was looking for a reason NOT to join. I had to prove myself that this was too good to be true. Still haven't found one.

You have to dial the phone and buy leads, that's it. You travel to different counties in your state. (If you want)
