      Great Family Business.

      Pros

      I left working in a car dealership for FFL. I hated the hours of the car industry. In a short time I was making more than I did at the dealership AND I got to go to all my kids school events with some planning I could do whatever I want to do any have a great career!

      Cons

      There are no cons when you work for yourself although I work hard.

      Pros

      My uncle is an insurance agent and has been his whole life. My grandfather too. I decided to join them right out of high school. I work hard and I study hard but I like what I do. I help families stay protected. I am glad I chose this path.

      Cons

      It's hard work but I don't get to hang out as much as my friends do but I can hang out later.

      Pros

      I lost my job before I was quite ready to retire. I decided to change my career and I decided to join FFL. I got my license in a few weeks. I am so glad I did this. I am building a team and learning so much! I can see myself doing this part-time even in retirement!

      Cons

      When you own your own business you have to work but your time is yours to plan.
