      Great Convention

      Pros

      I have really liked being partnered with FFL. This year I attended the Annual Convention. It was a game changer. I learned a ton! Especially learned a ton about FIA's and retirement. So much information! It was so worthwhile and I feel like I am ready to take on 2020. Thanks FFL

      It was hard at the beginning and it took time to have success. Keep working you will get there too.

      Wonderful Opportunity

      Pros

      I wasn't in the workforce for many years but after my divorce I needed a job. Not having a resume was hurting my chances to take care of my family like I wanted to. I had a friend who was an agent so I decided to join her at Family First Life. They have grown so much over the last few years but they have stayed true to their ideals.

      Cons

      Working weekends is tough sometimes but I make sure to schedule time off sometimes. Weekend ocassionally need to be a weekend!

      Life Insurance is great.

      When I finished school my boy went into insurance. I thought to myself INSURANCE is for old men. I struggled with getting my career started but my friend was making a killing and working for himself. I decided after a couple of years to join him. Our agency is growing. This is an amazing career. I was a fool for scoffing at it.

      Cons

      Work is well work.. but there are no serious cons to report.
