Pros

Very high energy team of leaders/top producer who is dedicated in training and motivating the sales team consistently !

Cons

There is no safety net ! You trip and stumble as you learn, no centralized command center to guide you back.

Pros

Great Carriers, Great Comp, Great Support, and Great Training by people who are actually selling. We've been with FFL since it's beginning and have seen our income more than double from our old IMO and we're not getting nickle and dimed for everything. Some top producers pay for some leads for new agents joining their team.

Cons

So you have to buy leads! This is YOUR business if you're going to whine about INVESTING money into leads and YOUR business go work for a "traditional company" that gives you "leads" and a starting contract of 45%. This is an opportunity to make big money. This system doesn't work if you think you know everything and are not willing to learn. It also doesn't work if you don't work. Great company for men and women. Most people that complain about not making money here are those that were unwilling to put their ego aside, learn and work. For others, this industry is just not for them.

Pros

The best training in the industry to give someone the tools to earn 6 figures in a year. The ONLY people that train at Family First are the TOP producers in the industry, making a minimum of $200,000 per year.

Cons

If you don't work, you don't get paid (commission only)
