      Pros

      FFL is a working Mom's dream! I work when I can work and I am paid handsomely. My kids can be my priority but I can also bring home a wage to support my family. I never have to worry about a sick kid and days off. I work and I get paid. I don't work and I don't get paid. It's that simple.

      Pros

      What I love most about FFL is the diversity. I was at the annual convention this year. FFL has agents of every nationality and age. Insurance agents are notoriously older men. Not at FFL. ANYONE can succeed with FFL... ANYONE.

      Cons

      It's work. Work is not always amazing but when you work for a company you respect it is easier.

      Easy to start and learn.

      Cons

      Lead costs are too high and poor quality and the amount of cancellations and chargebacks in the final expense market are huge. No fresh Mortgage Protection markets available
