Pros

I am a career agent. I have been captive and independent. I never thought I made what I was worth and never felt fully attached to a company. A friend reccomended FFL. I went to one of their meetings and I loved the idea but was skeptical. I got a great upline and their training even taught me a few things. I made more the first half this year than I did all of last. The culture is young which is nice and very progressive.

I love the culture and I really trust this company. Training conducted by 20k -50k/mo producers so the training is relevent to what is happening now. Top compensation, I never had the opportunity to earn as much as I have with this company. The management training program is exciting and has changed my life. Thank you FFL, I look forward to working with the company for many years to come.

Cons

I just wished I had trusted the training sooner than I did. I would have been alot further along in the process.\, and in my earnings ability. No benefits, but for the first time in the industry I am able to afford them myself.

Pros

I was not ready to retire but I was done working full-time. I decided to join FFL after my son's friend reccomended them. It's been the best. I love helping families. I am focusing on Final Expense and Med Sup. I find people interested are happy to have someone their age to work with them! I love it and I am beefing up my retirement savings.

Cons

I am waiting on a con. So far all blue skies.
