Pros

There are so many pros don't know where to begin. Great people to work with. True team mentality. I have been offered help advice and assistance from so many people that truly care about my success. Ample training opportunities both in person and over the phone via conference calls. Great support from the top to bottom. Financial stability that I've never dreamed possible. I'm my own boss and make my own schedule.

Cons

You are your own boss, if you are not self motivated this career is not for you.

Pros

Working for FFL has been an astounding experience. I started this job when I was 23 years old and 4 years later I am making more money than I ever thought possible. As a single mother this has been empowering and allowed me to support my family entirely on my own. The hours are flexible and the compensation is unheard of. If you have the motivation and drive to succeed, this position will give back tenfold what you put into it.

Cons

You have to be very self disciplined!!

Pros

Being a TRUE independent agent. Simple concept of more you work, the more you make. Nothing is hidden and it’s all out for everyone to see. Having good management to take the time and teach you to succeed. The agent who does the leg work, is the one that gets paid.

Cons

Only con I have about Family First Life is not getting out there and finding the company sooner instead of wasting a year of my time at a MLM who is only focused on hiring, micro-managing, and worried about overrides.
