Pros

I got my license approximately 3 months ago. I've has a background in the health field for the last 15 years. In just 2 and a half months in this business I am issuing over $20,000 in premium. I hands down give all the credit to the Leadership, Training and the Lead System FFL has. Not to mention they are VERY generous with the comp.

Cons

There are None! I have been completely satisfied

Pros

They are truly in the trenches with you, and will equip you with everything you need to be successfuI. I have been working with this company for over a year now. and I absolutely love it. If you are independent, want to change your life, willing to be trained, and follow a business model, willing to dedicate the time, and energy to be successful, and not just talk about it, If you are willing to travel, sometimes hours in your car, or days in another city or state, yep, that means getting out of your comfort zone. If you are willing to surround yourself with some of the most amazing and humble individuals you could ever meet, If you really love helping people, and like the title of this company, put Families First, not only will you be successful financially, but you will go home, knowing you just made a difference in peoples lives, It's an amazing feeling. I am very honored to work for this company, the President is very down to earth, and really truly cares about you and your success.

Cons

If your not willing to do any of the above, with all due respect, this won't work for you.
