Highest commission rates I have seen in the industry and agents are fully vested for renewals from day one.

None, it's commission based sales so an agents success or failure is directly tied to the amount of work they are willing to put forth.

Family First Life is a total anomaly in the life insurance industry. They are honest, supportive, ethical and reliable. They expect their agents to behave accordingly. They offer free on-going training, have a large support staff who answer all questions in a timely manner. You can be proud of what you do when you work for this group. You know that they will never do anything unethical and will not tolerate your doing anything of the kind as well. They pay backend commissions (which absolutely didn't happen at the last IMO I was with). You have excellent support from everyone. I couldn't be happier
